  Married: GOYHEN/BISBEE Local Siftings--Thursday, at the home of the bride's parents in Tehachapi, Mr. George W. Bisbee of Newcastle was married to Miss Julia Goyhen. The groom is the son of our townsman, J. G. Bisbee, and is the head man in Kellogg's Fruit House in Newcastle.
