His godparents were Jean Otxoguy, pateral uncle but in absence, Jean Otxoguy, paternal grandfather and Marie Caldarriague, maternal aunt.

• Godparent or Witness: Antoine Gariador was godfather to his cousin Magdelaine Gariador of Martinenia in 1762. Gariador was godfather to Marie Menta of Alexandrorenea in 1769 (relationship not noted). Antoine Oxoby was witness to the marriage of his sister Gratianne in 1773.

Jean, owner of Gariador in Leispars was a witness on the marriage of his brother Jean de Gariador with Marie de Martinena in 1743. Jean de Gariador was godfather to his niece Marie de Martinenia in 1746. Jean de Gaydorre was a witness on the marriage record of Jean Betchume with Catherine Laxague in 1759. He was godfather to his granddaughter Jeanne Uhide in 1775 (name noted as Jean d'Oxoby) and He was godfather to his grandson Jean Etcheverry in 1777. Jean Oxobi was godfather to his grandson Jean Oxobi of Gariador in 1764. He was witness at the marriage of his niece Marie Oxoby in 1773.

She was listed as Gratianne de Lohiela on her son Pierre's birth record. Possibly her birth home, more research necessary.

Gratianne Iriart, owner of the house of Gariador and wife of Jean Oxoby made the following bequests from money she inherited prior to her marriage:
319 livres to her son, Anton, inheritor of the house of Gariador,
319 livres to her daughter, Niminoa, who is married to the owner of Uhide in St. Etienne,
60 livres to her son Jean who works in Spain,
60 livres to her daughter Marie who remains in the house of Gariador.
Her executrice was Gratianne Gariador (relation not stated).
Note: there were other children found not mentioned in this will. Further research necessary.

Died:
Gratianne, owner of the house of Garidor of Leispars, 65 years old.
